1. Introduction

7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

Access to premium or usage-based features may require payment of subscription fees or other charges. Prices, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise noted, taxes and other governmental charges are additional to the listed fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms. If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or downgrade your access to the Services until all outstanding amounts are paid.

8. Service Availability & Updates

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Services. Upon termination or suspension you may lose access to your account, stored content, and any associated features, and we may delete or anonymise data in accordance with our policies and applicable law. 11. Beta Services or Trial Access

From time to time we may provide free or trial access to beta features, including daily character-limited usage for testing and evaluation. Such beta Services are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Your participation in any beta or trial programme is voluntary, and you acknowledge that data or content provided during these periods may not be retained or fully supported once the beta ends or the features are released more broadly.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs generated by the Services will be error-free or suitable for every use case.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TransWord.ai, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit that infringes or violates the rights of another party.

You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable export control, trade, and economic sanctions laws and regulations, and that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident or national of any country or entity subject to such restrictions. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts located within Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
