This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains how TransWord.AI manages plan cancellations, downgrades, and refund requests. It applies to all paid plans, add-ons, and promotional offers purchased directly from TransWord.AI in addition to our Terms of Use.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5β10 business days for funds to appear in your account. We will send an email confirmation once the refund or credit has been processed.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may delay resolution and could result in temporary account suspension. Please contact us first so we can investigate and respond before a dispute is filed with your bank or payment provider.
